Houston is all too familiar with extreme weather and our roofs are that barrier of protection between us and the elements. However, sometimes it can get damaged by extreme weather, high winds and rain can knock off branches, debris, or just the day to day wear and tear. This can cause leaks and more extended damage to the structure.

Depending on the extent of the damage you may either need a repair or a replacement. Replacing the roof is the most costly of solutions and may suffice with just a repair.

If you are planning to sell your house, we do recommend replacing the roof if damaged, because a repair can degrade the overall appearance and, thus the home’s value. Also, if your roof has been extensively damaged and you have extensive leaks and cracks, we recommend replacing the entire roof with high quality materials.
